The article presents the experience of cross-cultural collaboration within the “Power Cube” project organized by the Alliance for Internationalization and Collaboration in Higher Education (ALINCO) in autumn 2025. The initiative united students and mentors from eight universities across several continents to explore the concept of language as a medium of power, identity, and intercultural communication. The article describes the structure of teamwork, the stages of online collaboration, and the analytical focus on linguistic theories. Special attention is given to how language shapes thinking, culture, and empathy among participants. The results reveal that international educational cooperation strengthens the development of 4GC skills — Global Collaboration, Global Communication, Global Creativity, and Global Critical Thinking — while fostering respect for diversity and forming a shared space of understanding and academic innovation.
