Abstract
As Ukraine navigates post-war recovery, organisations must adopt effective management models, with hybrid and remote management becoming essential for adaptation. Successful implementation requires a thorough assessment of readiness, focusing on technological, managerial, social, and security aspects. Key areas include robust digital infrastructure, capable of supporting communication and data management, and the preparedness of personnel in terms of technical skills and psychological adaptability. Cybersecurity is also critical due to increased risks in remote work environments. A comprehensive readiness assessment lays the groundwork for smooth transitions and long-term organisational stability.
