Значимість цієї статті полягає в тому, що сучасна Україна долучилася до міжнародного антикорупційного руху, ратифікувала низку міжнародно-правових документів і на їх основі розробила своє внутрішнє антикорупційне законодавство. Громадянське суспільство визначило антикорупційні реформи, спрямовані на приведення антикорупційного законодавства у відповідність до міжнародних і, зокрема, європейських стандартів, як найбільш актуальне завдання для нашої країни. Запропонована до публікації стаття є самостійною і завершеною науковою працею, а її висновки є логічними та раціональними.
