Шановний авторе! Висловлюємо пропозиції щодо змісту роботи: 1) Речення "Значна частина територіальних громад були вимушені переселитися у більш безпечніші регіони і позбавлені можливості повноцінно виконувати свої обов’язки" (стор. 1) прибрати або переформулювати, оскільки воно є некоректним за формулюванням. 2) В тексті роботи йдеться про авторську програму для удосконалення обізнаності суспільства щодо дослідження державно-приватного партнерства. Проте, сама програма не описана (наведено лише її завдання) й є міркування рецензента відносно того, що це програма не щодо дослідження партнерства, а - його розвитку? 3) Словосполучення "міжнародних науковців" (стор.3) доцільно замінити на стале словосполучення "зарубіжних науковців".
