Abstract
In contemporary society, discussions are ongoing regarding the impact and consequences of implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI) on the labor market. The role of AI in increasing productivity, creating new job opportunities, and reducing errors is considered. However, potential risks such as job displacement and inequality have also been identified. Government support and educational programs are highlighted as key elements in ensuring the positive aspects of AI implementation in the labor market.
