The study analyzes the current initiatives and strategies of Ukraine in the field of digitization in the context of post-war recovery. Aspects of the National Recovery Plan are considered, which includes three phases: wartime, recovery and modernization. Particular attention is paid to the National Program "Basics of Recovery: Digital State", aimed at the development of electronic public services, institutional development of digitalization and improvement of Internet access. The role of government programs is highlighted, particularly in the context of EU macro-financial assistance to promote digital transformation and integration of Ukraine into the EU's Digital Single Market. The author emphasizes the importance of digitalization as a key tool in rebuilding the economy and social infrastructure, which will contribute to the acceleration of reforms and modernization of Ukraine.
