The article highlights the importance of digitalization and the organization of remote work in project organizations operating in architecture, construction, engineering, and design. It examines the impact of digital technologies, such as Building Information Modeling (BIM) and cloud platforms, on improving efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in organizational processes. Special attention is paid to the advantages and challenges of remote work, including flexibility, cost reduction, productivity enhancement, and ensuring business resilience.
Based on the experience of the Ukrainian design & project consulting organization “Heyon Ukraine LLC,” a comparative analysis of corporate solutions and open-source (opensource) tools was conducted for their implementation in digitalization and process optimization. The study substantiates the feasibility of adopting open-source solutions under modern conditions, considering their economic efficiency and scalability. The findings confirm the significance of digital tools for the strategic development of project organizations and their ability to enhance competitiveness in the global market.
