Choosing project management methodology during war and for after-war recovering of Ukraine

Abstract

The paper disclose the approach how to choose correctly project management methodology in war-times and for after-war recovering of Ukraine. The equalities, differences, advantages and diasadvantages of each methodology has been analysed. The propositions on how to enable performance and sustainability being in situation of emergency has been done.
