Abstract
Urban information infrastructure is an important element of ensuring the quality of the educational process, as modern educational systems depend on its stable functioning. In the context of growing external threats, such as cyberattacks, man-made disasters and power outages, the assessment of its resilience is of particular importance. The abstracts present an approach to assessing the resilience of the information infrastructure of educational institutions and practical recommendations for improving it, including backup, cloud computing, and the development of continuity plans.
