Abstract
The main problems and perspectives of the development of Ukrainian labour market is analysed. The main risks (especcially, aggravation of the demographic situation in Ukraine, worsening of the quality of educational capital as a result of large-scale migration) were defined in the paper. The main trends of the improvement of the efficiency of labour market development were investigated
