У досліджені автором розглянуті питання щодо розвитку ринку соціальних послуг, авторизація та стандарти надання соціальних послуг, запровадження нових моделей соціальних послуг, співпраця між державою та неурядовими організаціями, запровадження механізмів соціального замовлення та «прогалини» законодавства у соціальному секторі.. запропоновані практичного впровадження механізмів соціального замовлення як інноваційного способу покращення надання соціальних послуг у громадах є продуктивним.
