Abstract
This work presents a theoretical framework for the socio-economic recovery of Abyei and Afghanistan territories in the context of active hostilities. It is evident that there is a need to correlate the demining of areas affected by armed aggression with the planning of measures aimed at restoring their capacity in wartime conditions, with an emphasis on the social and economic components of development in the short term and post-recovering terms.
