Design and Development of a High-Concentration Aqueous Ammonia Solution Production Plant

Abstract

The development and optimization of a high-concentration ammonia water production process is presented, focusing on energy-efficient equipment and two-stage ammonia absorption. The system enhances nitrogen fertilizer production for agriculture, ensuring effective gas-liquid separation, minimizing energy consumption, and maintaining product quality.
