Abstract
The main problems of the provision of the conditions for the effective using and development of Ukrainian labour potential were analyzed. The most important challenges (such as a significant migration (especially, women and youth), worsening of the demographic situation, outflow of skilled labour force, possibility of the de-qualification as a result of the employment at the low-skilled jobs) were defined. The risks of the losses of the demographic potential (due to willingness of parents to continue pupil’s study abroad) were pointed out in the article
