Анотація
The article deals with the problem of researching the competition of tourist regions. The essence and content of the concepts of competition and competitiveness of tourist regions have been theoretically substantiated and clarified, the specifics and features of competition in tourism have been revealed. The factors of the competitiveness of the tourist region were determined. The main approaches, methods and indicators for assessing the competitiveness of tourist regions were systematized.
