To ease up the understanding of the material by a wider range of readers, I would recommend improving English and rephrasing a few sentences. Especially in the Conclusions section.
Also, it is not clear how the addition of polyethylene to fuel would influence level of CO2 produced during the process and if composition of the waste gas would fit regulations
