Автор у своєму дослідженні розглянув адміністративно-правові засади формування та реалізації державної політики щодо забезпечення прав і свобод осіб з інвалідністю в Україні. Окремо окреслив недоліки та сформував основні напрямки вдосконалення законодавства України щодо забезпечення безпеки дорожнього руху для осіб з інвалідністю.
